Credibility issue dogs AMBER ecommerce awards.

Are they ecommerce awards or e-service awards? Do they have any credibility given the remarkable omissions (and inclusions) amongst the five finalists in each award category?
Now that Australia’s digital and graphic designers industry association -  AIMIA – has published the finalists in its inaugural AMBER awards, these questions deserve answers.
But they aren’t likely to be.
Because there is no doubt now that anyone who has the guts to say these awards are phoneys, and that the way the contenders and finalists were chosen was shonky, will only be derided as a kill-joy (even if they are right).
Making the initial list at all, let alone the finals, is pure gold for the marketing department.And their enthusiastic whooping and cheering will surely drown out any other voices on this topic.
So, for what they are worth, here are the final five in each category.
