In a judgment that questioned his grasp on reality, the Court of Appeals of the Supreme Court of Victoria has dismissed Nick Bolton’s long-running legal battle against Internet domain name regulator – Australian Domain Administration Ltd (auDA).
The decision allowed auDA, on Monday of this week, to take control of the nearly 9,000 Australian com.au domain names

An official list of Australian dot com domain names that haven’t been renewed will be published as from the 18th April.
And multiple domain name owners will also, as from then, be able to revamp their licenses so that they all expire on the same date.
