Judge slams Bolton as auDA takes control of 9,000 Australian domain names

In a judgment that questioned his grasp on reality, the Court of Appeals of the Supreme Court of Victoria has dismissed Nick Bolton’s long-running legal battle against Internet domain name regulator – Australian Domain Administration Ltd (auDA).
The decision allowed auDA, on Monday of this week, to take control of the nearly 9,000 Australian com.au domain names
