US market researchers Nielsens, have found Australians are the world’s most active social networkers.
Indeed the company estimates that during December 2009, every online Australian spent almost seven hours accessing sites such as Facebook, and or reading blogs.

Americans were the next most frequent visitors to social media sites, spending an average of just over 6 hours
