PayPal has celebrated its fifth anniversary in Australia with an announcement that it now has 3 million active users, and that over 30,000 Australian businesses accept payments by PayPal. It said that the growing Australian ecommerce market had seen the number of customers registering new accounts up more than 25% in the last calendar year.
