Our Privacy Policy

We recognize the importance of maintaining our customers and users privacy.
That is why we don't sell, trade, or give away your information. And why we try to gather only as little information as we can and try to keep your information securely protected.
But like any business we need to gather certain items types of information from or about our users so that we can provide our services.

Why do we gather information?
We use the information we collect from you to process your orders, to set up access controls so that only authorised users can access our subscriber-only pages, and to enable us to contact you with subscription renewal notices, email updates, administrative or technical notices (e.g. your email has bounced), and notices of our upcoming seminars and other services we believe may be of interest to you.
We DO NOT under any circumstance make your information available to anyone else.
What information do we gather?
Through our Web Site when you sign up for our email update we collect your email address.
And when you place an order through our web-site we ask for your name, title, company and organisation details as well as a contact address telephone number, and email address.
We also may ask for your credit-card number and type, expiry date and name on the card if you choose to pay
by credit-card products.
We also collect that information if you sign up using the subscriber form in the printed or email editions of our newsletter.
And if you attend our Australian eCommerce Network seminars we also ask for this same information.
How we use "cookies"
A "cookie" is a small harmless file stored on your computer which gives you a numeric user ID and stores basic information.
We use cookies to help our computer servers know that you are an authorised user. but we do not store any personal information about you using cookies.
